Founded in 2021, right in the heart of Wadgaonsheri, we started by helping friends and local families find homes without the usual confusion and high brokerage fees. Our founder, having faced similar struggles, saw the opportunity to bridge the gap between local property availability and modern digital convenience.

Starting with just a phone and a handful of listings, MH12 Property Guru quickly earned trust in the neighborhoods of Kharadi, Wadgaonsheri, Mundhwa, Viman Nagar, and Kalyani Nagar. Word spread, and so did our commitment.

By 2023, we expanded to a professional team with two office locations:
